This series features interviews with principals and staff from schools around New Zealand.

Digital Stories – Series 1.
Digital Stories – Series 1: June 2003
The first set of digital stories illustrates school leadership in action and is presented to help school leaders to reflect on their practice.

In the stories, school leaders outline their leadership style, background thinking, school context/culture, actions they have taken, their review processes, and their future directions.
Digital Stories – Series 2.
Digital Stories – Series 2: June 2004
This second series of digital stories focuses on the impact of leadership on learning and teaching in practical ways.

The Marlborough quality schools project and Southern Cross campus stories demonstrate how principals are working within a school or region to create communities of learning. The individual stories showcase a range of initiatives around student achievement in a variety of schools.
Digital Stories – Series 3.
Digital Stories – Series 3: June 2005
The third series of digital stories engages with school leaders who are building relationships with the community, enhancing teaching and learning, measuring achievement, planning for the digital future and developing principal capabilities. Each story is accompanied by a video interview with the school leader and a slideshow that examines an aspect of school life.
