People who are working in education to convert written and curriculum materials into a more multi-media and entertaining format for students that will involve people in creative occupations, creative workers.

In defence there are some fascinating examples of people who are games designers, who are developing simulcast simulation environments, for people in defence forces. So there are some kind of really interesting examples.

Perhaps a third example would be the way in which the financial sector has been radically transformed in the last generation where multi-media literacy’s have been required to convert virtually every customer of the bank into a web literate person. And that is required design intelligence and design sense on an industrial scale.
